Mr. Wilson served as a law clerk for Justice John Warner of the Montana Supreme Court before joining Brown Law Firm in September 2006. Mr. Wilson’s principal areas of practice are insurance coverage and civil defense litigation. Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Montana and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association, the Yellowstone Area Bar Association, and has been selected by his peers as a Mountain States Rising Star for the years 2016 – 2019 in the area of insurance coverage.
