Philip Wilson “Wil” Van Winkle is an associate attorney for Allen & Allen in the Fredericksburg office specializing in car accident and personal injury cases. A fourth-generation Allen, Wil believes that personal injury is an area of the law where the lawyer can do a lot of good.. Wil received his B.A. in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. There, he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society, and made the Dean’s List from 2012 to 2014. Wil received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he competed on the Extramural Moot Court Team and worked at the Legal Aid Justice Center.. Before joining Allen & Allen, Wil served as a law clerk at the National Association of Attorneys General in Washington, D.C. Wil has also worked as a writer and marketing intern, as well as a Summer Associate at Allen & Allen.. In his spare time, Wil enjoys traveling and backpacking, road and trail biking, and playing disc golf. Most recently, he completed a backpacking trip to Peru.

Danielle joined Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen in 2015. She practices out of Allen & Allen's Fredericksburg office, and she focuses on personal injury cases, including accidents involving cars, trucks or motorcycles. Danielle has a rich theater background, and she brings this confidence and poise to her role as an advocate for her clients. She has also been a victim of a motor vehicle accident herself. This experience provides her with a high level of empathy for her clients, and a passion to bring about a successful outcome for them, including the compensation they deserve.. A native of New Jersey, Danielle grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Dramatic Art, with distinction. Danielle received her Juris Doctor from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Prior to graduation, she was admitted into the Order of the Barristers.. When she isn’t defending the rights of her clients, Danielle serves as a coach for students in the University of Richmond Mock Trial Program.  In this role, she teaches undergraduate students trial skills, and leads them as they compete across the nation against various other schools.

Junior Ndlovu has a passion for helping clients when they are most in need. After taking on a pro bono case to help a disadvantaged family, he decided to become a plaintiff’s trial attorney in personal injury. He establishes trust with his clients, building stronger relationships.. Advocacy competitions have given Junior an edge when it comes to the courtroom. He brings to the table a strong confidence that comes from debating law and winning oral advocacy competitions. He primarily works out of the Fredericksburg office.. In his free time, Junior loves to play chess, take long walks, and listen to audiobooks. He grew up in Zimbabwe and came to the U.S. to attend college and law school. In law school, Junior met his wife, Natey. Her experience coming to the U.S. as a refugee from the Congo has inspired Junior to help build stronger support systems within immigrant communities. Junior and Natey enjoy traveling and entertaining friends.

My practice focus is personal injury with an emphasis in traumatic brain injury.  I'm a graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer College in Dubois WY and have trained in brain dissection and neuroanatomy.

I was born and raised in Charlottesville, I attended high school at Albemarle High School in Charlottesville, and Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, I graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and then attended the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Virginia, graduating in 1992.. Prior to joining PHILLIPS, MORRISON, JOHNSON & FERRELL, I worked as a personal injury attorney with the Richmond, Virginia law firm of Hundley & Johnson, P.C. My practice at Hundley & Johnson, as at PHILLIPS, MORRISON, JOHNSON & FERRELL, focused primarily on handling all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation including, automobile accidents, tractor trailer accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and insurance matters.  i also handle divorce and family law, collections, and traffic defense.. ( am a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association; American Trial Lawyers Association; Campbell County Bar Association, Lynchburg Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.. I have three children, Will age 15 who is a sophomore at EC Glass High School, Mack age 13, who is an 8th grader at Linkhorne Middle school, and daughter Kakie who is a 6th grader at Linkhorne Middle school.. My interests away from the office include almost anything that allows me to enjoy the outdoors, including grouse hunting with my German Shorthair Pointer, spring gobbler hunting, fishing, running, biking and golf.  I also enjoy coaching my kids in sports including soccer, basketball and football..
