Custody court and PFA

Location: Pennsylvania. So, currently i am in a custody battle. The plaintiff of said custody battle has been held in contempt last year for a very similar situation, now this year, it’s essentially happened again but worse. This time there is absolutely no contact, and allegations of abuse. There is now a protective order in place where the plaintiff has no contact with the child due to the abuse allegations. However, the plaintiff is completely MIA and all we know is that they are in a shelter in a whole different state. We have a custody hearing set for the second week of September. The judge is aware that she is MIA, and allowed me to serve the plaintiff via email. Can the I (the petitioner in this matter of the PFA and the motion for emergency special relief) present the PFA in court? Should it be filed first? What is the process of showing the PFA in court? The plaintiff has not been served the PFA as they are dodging police etc. The plaintiff is actively on social media, reading messages/attempts to locate, viewing my story on Facebook(going as far to react to them) and actively bashing me about court on their social media. Which has been provided to the judge.
