What happens to a “retired”warrant? Can I get a driver’s license?

violation location: TN current location: MS My license was revoked in Tennessee for a DUI in 2018. But I needed to get places and got busted for driving on a revoked license in late 2019. Ended up being charged with a Class D felony because the cop said I tried to evade arrest because I turned off the highway onto a side road instead of just pulling over. That happened shortly before Covid hit. I moved back to Mississippi to be with family in early 2020 when everything was shutting down and still live here. Because of the pandemic, the grand jury didn’t meet for several months, so the TN indictment didn’t get issued until July 2020. Since Aug of 2021 the warrant is now listed as “retired” - does this mean I am in the clear? I do not plan to go back to TN, but can I get a driver’s license here in MS now? Or if I try to do that will it trigger something in either MS or TN? Thanks.
