Florida probate question

Location: Hillsborough County, Florida I found unclaimed money under my grandfather’s name on fltreasurehunt.gov. He passed away about 20 years ago. He had two sons. My father (deceased) and my uncle. I’ve reached out to my uncle by phone and email about the unclaimed funds but haven’t heard from him. If he refuses contact do I have any legal recourse to claim the funds? If I do make contact and he is disinterested in pursuing the unclaimed funds, do I have any legal recourse to claim? Thanks in advance for any guidance.
