Is calling CPS on myself advisable?

Location: Florida TLDR: Schizo mom dropped her kids with me. I dont have custody and need help/resources for them due to severe neglect, however I don't want my brother being taken away. I'm in a weird situation. My mom dropped her kids off me because she's homeless. She has schizophrenia and has neglected my siblings severely for the past few years. I now have them with me, and have for months but I have no legal proof they're supposed to be with me. With school starting, my mom decided she'd set them up for homeschooling. I planned on doing their schooling but I've found out that they're both severely behind. My mom is refusing to help me put them in public school and has delayed giving me proof that they're supposed to be in my custody and proof of their insurance to take them to the doctors. On top of that she's living in Gainesville while im in Tampa. It's me, my partner, and the two kids in a 1 bedroom apartment. I'm struggling mentally due to the kids both being severely behind, along with being pregnant, and having my own mental health struggles. My 8 year old sister also has learning and behavioral issues. She's tried multiple times to drown her brother and talks about wanting me dead. She very clearly needs to see a psychologist and i cant handle it. I really don't think I'm equipped to handle parenting her. My brother however I dont want going into foster care. I really dont know legally where or how to reach out since they're not my kids.
