Probate & Property Sale Question

Location: Alabama. Hello, my mother passed earlier this year and the 6 month requirement for her probate to be open is about to close next month. I am selling my portion of the property I will inherit to my sibling. How quickly can I expect to get the money? I’m going to be using it for a down payment on a home and we’re scared to make an offer until we know with confidence when we will have money in hand.
