I’m an international student who has graduated and am currently working as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) on F-1 OPT. What immigration pathways could potentially allow me to remain in the U.S. long-term, particularly employment-based options such as EB-3? Can an employer begin the green-card process while I’m working on OPT, and what happens if my OPT expires before the process is completed? Location: Texas
