The other night I was on my way home when I got pulled over and the cop claimed i was swerving everywhere. I then had to do field sobriety and he breathalyzed me and I blew a .035 which despite being below the legal limit by a lot the legal limit for minors in pa is .02 so i got charged with dui. Unfortunately when getting my real license out the cop saw my fake which also resulted in me being charged with possesion of a fake id so I have dui, possesion of a fake id, and underage consumption. What do I do. I was also rising with the jail tests bac wise. Do I get a attorney or public defender? what’s the chances of me being able to get into ard. They also asked if there was any beer in the car and there was a empty can in there. I don’t want a permanent record it was my first Location: Pennsylvania
