Location: US-MI When can I shut off utilities?

Location: Michigan. Moving out and giving the landlord keys this coming week. My lease termination letter provided him with 59 days notice when 45 was required. End date: 9/30/26. Since I'm relinquishing my ability to use the property while I'm still paying rent, can I also take utilities out of my name as of the date I give the keys back? He has been hounding me to allow him in and give him the keys.
