Out of state breathalyzer refusal conviction with DUI charges dropped?

Home state location: Florida, USA. Charged in: New Jersey, USA. All charges including DUI were dropped. Only remaining is refusal to submit to breathalyzer in NJ. Florida license still clear after a month. Any idea how Florida would react in the future?
