I was cited for sidewalk chalk outside my apartment

A neighbor left chalk outside so a bunch of neighbors started to write all over with chalk. I recieved this notice from my landlord today along with a lease violation because it says peace love and joy kindness and: fart ?!?!? "Graffiti with inappropriate language in front of your apartment." Location: Metropolis Apartments Austin Texas
