Linkedin Hacked

Location: New York. linkedin and gmail was hacked. There was job postings ads done through my account that was billed and my email had filters on it so I couldnt see posts coming from Linkedin. My credit card noticed me of supsicious activity and we blocked the charges of it. I alerted Linkedin and changed all my passwords. My Linkedin looked into it said there were supsicious attempts to access my account and I had to upload my id with a face photo to prove it was me. Linkedin says that job posting ads are non refundable and still wants to me to pay for the jobs ads even though my account was compromised. What should I do?
