Location: California. Hello, I was at a business that had erected temporary barriers through their parking lot to funnel traffic as they wanted. There was no signage. I was driving my RV through there, and the side contacted a tree that was overhanging past the curb into the street I had been funnel into by about 9 inches. Does the business have any responsibility to help with costs, given it was an artificially erected pathway without signage that funneled me into the tree? The tree was not dead and the roadway was in good repair.
