Can I terminate my lease because of roach infestation?

Location: Texas. I’ve been in my apartment since March 2026 and since I’ve moved here roaches have been all over the place. I know that I didn’t bring them cause I’ve never had roach issues and I’m very clean. I have emailed my apartment numerous times telling him about the issue and they have done nothing about it. I have put in maintenance request for pest control and they mark them as completed, but do not do anything about it. I can’t stand roaches all over the place and I just want to leave this place and not have to pay any fees. Is that possible? I have proof of roaches and all of my email receipts.
