Rent being required by cashiers check only not in lease.

Location: Arvada Colorado For background my community was bought out by greystar management and they’ve implemented changes that don’t seem to fully agree with the lease. I had one payment bounce because I forgot to transfer the amount on time and they’re now saying I can no longer pay online. That was fine until they informed me the only option is cashiers check which my bank charges $20 for. In trying to avoid this I asked if I could pay in money order to which they say they no longer accept. I understand they have a right to demand certified funds after a payment doesn’t clear but my lease states that they accept money orders and cash in this instance. Here’s the language of the lease: We may, at our option, require at any time that you pay all rent and other sums in cash, certified or cashier’s check, money order, electronic payment, or one monthly check rather than multiple checks. It also states in the normal payment box that a money order is accepted. I was just wondering will I need to pay by cashiers check and incur a $20 fee just to pay my rent every month, or am I allowed to pay with money orders? The language seems a bit ambiguous and I’m not sure of the local legislation regarding this.
