Recommendation on POA

Hi everyone. I’m needing help on what steps I need to take. My partner has been admitted to a mental hospital and there are so many things I need to get done that I can’t because they are there and I can not communicate with them until they reach out to me but they are in such a bad mental state that I’m not sure they will. And I’m the only number that they know and they didn’t take their phone with them or even their wallet. They were taken in involuntarily after being released by a hospital the night before. I can’t really afford a lawyer but need to get this done as fast as I can. Location: DFW, Texas
