Question about extortion

Location: Pennsylvania My ex is demanding I give her over $8,000 of insurance money I received for my car that she totaled. She believes I it’s her money but it’s not. She owed me $11,500 for it at the time of the crash. She told me that if I don’t giver her the money, she’ll go to the police and give them some dirt on me. She won’t tell me what she has on me so I don’t believe she has anything too bad. I have no proof she said that. However today, she left a voicemail saying “my name this is your last chance, this is your last chance. Give me the money.” She said it In a threatening voice and also said “I’m not gonna back down.” I feel threatened. Is this enough to go to the police with to press extortion or coercion charges on her?
