Legal options to stop civil tresspass

Location: Washington state Posting anonymously. I'm dealing with a rental household where members are continuing to tresspass on my property (that i own) despite signs and letters. I've notified the landlord of the situation. LEOs have been called multiple times, but because kids are involved, they treat it as civil and refuse to do anything. I have video of one adult encouraging the trespasses, to which i was granted a PO. Despite this, the tresspass has continued, as has damage to my property by the kids. I've talked to a lawyer who says if we go civil trespass at Superior Court, fees can be as much as 40k prior to getting before a jury. Are there any other legal options to stop the tresspassing? Are legal fees really as high as 40k for Superior Court? (Yes, I have security cameras. Yes, I have documented every tresspass. Yes, I called LEOs to no avail. Yes, i have a motion activated sprinkler and they still tresspass)
