Bought a used truck with hidden issues

Location : Minnesota (north metro) I found a used truck online for $23,995. It was a 2018 ford f150 with 61,000 miles . Came with a 5.0 engine and a 10 speed transmission. Seemed like a good deal so it caught my attention. On a monday, I called to and spoke with someone at the dealership. I asked them if there was any mechanical issues to note, in which they replied, no and what I see online is what I get. So i told them id be interested to come check it out the next day (tuesday). Tuesday comes around and a friend of mine who is mechanically inclined came with to check it out. Prior to us leaving I called them to confirm it was still there , and it was. We take it for a test drive, the truck drove great, and everything seemed to check out. We get back, I offer them 23k for the truck, they accept and i put money down for them to hold the truck as I needed to get a finance check through my credit union. Next day I go, sign the paperwork, truck is sold "as is", and i drive it off the lot that very next day. About two days after purchase i notice a rough shift in the transmission. Didn't happen always, but a noticeable pattern. I continue driving it, as its my only vehicle. Now 5 days after purchase a "check manual" light came on, indicating either an engine or a transmission issues. I emailed the lady I bought the truck from and she told me "since we took money off and it was sold "as is" I have to take it to my own mechanic to figure out whats wrong and they wont help to fix the issue. Few days after that, I take it to my buddies engine shop, he hooked up his scanner, and then told me they cleared all the transmission codes right before our test drive. To me this comes off as deception, for not diaclosing a major mechanicsl issues . I checked all my paperwork thay I signed and no where on it do they disclose any if this information. To me this comes off as deceptive, but is there any recourse here? Potentially fraud? Location: Minnesota
