An employee shoved another at my business

Location: Nebraska, USA I own a restaurant and two employees got into a verbal altercation. One is 16 and is known for “talking shit”, the other is 18. The 18 year old asked the supervisor to asked them to stop and instead the 16 year old went over to him and called him a “p***y a** n*****”. The 18 year reacted by shoving him and the 16 year old was hurt. What is the business’s liability? Also asking for general advice.
