Help! My Ex-Guardian is trying to control me and kick me out

Location: Florida USA Long backstory below: My long time family friend is trying to kick me out. A while ago I was couch surfing from friends houses (I was 14-16 couch surfing, my father abandoned me and my mother was never in the picture) and I had contact with my older sister, long story short CPS put me with my sister here and my Guardian had signed power of attorney to gain my rights from my father. Turns out the person I'm living with is HORRIBLE, she controls me like I'm a 12 year old child and gives me ZERO support, she never helped me get a job, she has not bought me clothes in the 2+ years I've been living here (May 2024) she controls when I enter and exit the home. She barely ever buys me my basic necessities (soap, food, clothes, hygiene gear) and I've been fighting on my own She uses the fact that I have a roof over my head as the reason she doesn't need to do anything and that she's an angel who saved me as if she were all holier than thou. Now admittedly I am grateful for the roof I have and what food I do eat, but besides that she does nothing for me and the worst of it, her husband doesn't care for the children or parent them at all, works a dead end job as a storage facility worker for over 7 years at a company going belly up and makes shit money and doesn't do anything about it (he also tells me how much he wishes he never had kids) So me and their son (me: 18 Him: 13) have been in a multi day long fight, he hit me, I pushed him, I apologized multiple times and made dinner/cookies, he remained petty for another three days, I told my guardian multiple times about his behavior, so eventually I got petty back and was watching TV quietly in the living room (where he had been sleeping for the duration of summer even though he has his own bed in our shared room) he got mad at me and put his hands on me, I didn't react, he ripped up my baby blanket (the one item I've kept since birth and is my only sole possession that I don't even let my romantic partner touch) and a lot of items in my room that he broke. Eventually the argument had been told to my Guardian by him and I was villainized I was confronted by my guardian after having been out of the house all day, where she took his side, I showed her all of my destroyed possessions and got the kid to admit to destroying my things, this fight escalated, I was sitting down in my chair talking calmly as my guardian was going ballistic to where her absent husband entered the room, he told her and his son to silence and then told me he was going to kick me out, as he said that I told him that he was and absent father and before I could even get another word out of my mouth my guardian put her hands on me. When she did that her husband pulled her off of me and kicked me out of the home Where I need real legal advice: I left, I went to my friends and cooled off for about a week and came back. When I came back I was presented with a "contract" (a poorly printed list of unfair rules like specific bed times, when I could be out of the house, what words I could use, how loud I could be) and this was super bizarre, I refused to sign the contract and said Id need a lawyer to read it and tell me if I should not sign it, I have VIDEO evidence where she admits to putting her hands on me and kicking me out of the house, and pictures of the contract, I know the tos doesn't allow for PM's but I can't attach images, if I can open post it will be on my acc the pics of the contract, please anyone, tell me what I should do This is all actual events that have occurred recently TLDR: Guardian's son gets into an argument with me leading me to being kicked out and given a legal contract to sign to stay
