AI surveillance at my job

Location: Michigan I am employed at a chain food industry, and my manager has informed us that the cameras are now equipped with an AI that will surveil our work to see if we’re getting our jobs done. It is tracking how long customers are in the lobby, it’s tracking if there’s dirty dishes, it’s checking if there is prep work. The main problem I have with this is that we were not even supposed to know. Our manager told us because she doesn’t like it, and it’s just a test run. We were not supposed to be informed, and they never had us sign a waiver. It’s also tracking the customers as well, so I feel like they would have the right to know?? I’m just not sure what to do, because I don’t feel comfortable with the AI tracking me and having scans of my face without my consent.
