[TX] Can she now demand to come monthly? Can I counter propose?

Location: Texas Landlord/house owner recently discussed with my husband about conducting monthly cleanliness checks based on the fact that at an unannounced semi forced pop in (where I was topless) we had dishes in the sink and trash in a trash bag waiting to be taken out. The house has no pests, safety, damage or health issues. The lease states MAINTENANCE “Tenant agrees to keep premises clean (clean is subjective) and notify landlord of needed repairs.” ENTRY “Landlord may enter with reasonable notice for repairs, inspections, or emergencies” Is this lawful for her to demand to come once a month just to check cleanliness? Can I ask she come once or twice a year?
