ex keeps violating op

I have an order protection for my daughter and I against my ex-boyfriend and her father. He keeps using his girlfriend’s phone to text me messages that are clearly from him. What should I do? They’re not threatening, but he’s bipolar so I don’t know what his actual mindset is. Location: central Illinois
