Uncle's wife fighting uncle's will in MI

Michigan Jul 27, 2026
Location: Michigan My uncle passed recently and my Aunt (I guess, she's his second wife) is fighting the will. My uncle never had kids so he left me a car that belonged to my grandfather and left his share of a family land trust to my mom so that they could stay in the family and his wife has a lawyer trying to prevent it. I don't know the total value of the estate, but they own other land and a business together plus the house they live in and whatever else. Literally the car and his percentage of the trust are all that aren't going to his wife. I live in a different state now and don't really have a ton of spare cash to fight over this car, as nice as it would be to have it because of the connection to my grandfather. I guess, I'm asking how strong would her case have to be before I really have to commit resources to fighting her.
