Friendship gone sour, trespassing concerns

Location: Washington state, USA. A friendship has gone sour very fast, its an old friendship and she has a key to my apartment. There is a huge concern of instability from her which is partially related, and new behavior. Is it considered trespassing if she attempts to enter the residence with a key? Does the key constitute some sort of extended permission? Also would it be appropriate to call the police if she tried to enter and do something (anything really, just being here would be unwanted for us at this point).
