Minor curfew laws and reasonable suspicion

Location: Washington State and Idaho (others welcome) In the US most municipalities have minor curfew laws, I'm a legal adult but still get confused as a high schooler. Would a law enforcement officer have reasonable suspicion to stop and ID me, as well as search me if they believe by looking at me I was a minor out after curfew?
