Car accident/ insurance issues

Hi. So I was in a car accident a month ago today. I was hit by a very drunk driver (0.28) causing $4k-6k worth of damage, totaling my car out. I have now finally heard from the at fault car’s insurance and they have denied my claim because the owner of the vehicle basically denied or argued? It because her son was not a listed driver on the insurance. I have an attorney for personal injuries but they sent them a denial letter and I’m just wondering what steps I can take forward, of course I’m going to fight it. Location: Oklahoma
