22M, first ticket, Location: Pennsylvania, doing 90 in a 55. The officer said he was cutting me a break and on the ticket he wrote that I was only doing 60 in a 55. Whats my best course of action going forwards, I dont know if its better to plead guilty or not guilty. Edit: thanks, gonna plead guilty and pay it. Can someone explain the difference between pleading guilty vs not guilty for this scenario? I am curious to what each entails
