REALLY need guidance please! Child custody, CPS involved.

I’m reluctant to post too much info here even though I just created this throwaway account but I’m EXTREMELY stressed out and need help as I’m clueless to the legal system and even if I have a chance here. Location: Idaho So there’s a few kids involved, I have the kids most of the time. Partner and I have been living separately for four years now but technically still legally married. (Stupid I know) Their babysitter informed me that they had made a report to CPS due to actions (or lack there of) from the other parent. Constantly dropping them off in dirty clothes, diaper rashes, moldy lunchboxes and cups. They are a drug user as well, mainly weed/dabs, I think they drink as well. CPS has made contact with me and I’ve been providing them with everything that I can. Additionally, the other parent NEVER attends doctor appointments, school events, etc. Additionally, separate question. When I submit for the divorce, can the other parent try and claim anything like my vehicle for instance that I purchased almost TWO years after they moved out? Thank you for any and all advice, I’ll be gone for about an hour and will respond when I get home.
