Can my mom drug test me as a paying tenant?

Location: Michigan When I moved in with my mom, she reluctantly said that she would not allow me to use marijuana of any variety in her household. I agreed as I had no other place to go. She very hesitantly let me keep my marijuana pen as I she admitted she couldn't control what I do outside of the house. Sadly, after about four months I began using the pen inside her house. She realized it over time as she apparently could smell it. Now, after her discovery, she's begun drug testing me periodically. However, she also made me sign a "Family Living Agreement" that includes $400 rent each month, obtaining 35+ hours of employment each week, any possession of THC, nicotine or alcohol products. She also wants me to obtain drug counseling, as she believes I have a problem (despite being 30+ days sober at the time of writing.) I guess I just want to obtain clarification about if she can limit THC, alcohol and nicotine usage outside the premises.
