Experience with selling a car using Power of Attorney | Location: Minnesota

I'm going to be out of town for a long time and looking to sell my car. Location: Minnesota. My title / lien release documents don't seem to arrive in time and dealers seem to require it. How to use Power of Attorney to let a friend or relative sell the car? Can you point me to a template document or how to get it arranged? Mn department of revenue has so many of them that I'm not sure what to use. Any information is appreciated.
