I’m worried that my partner might have violated his probation again

location: Massachusetts My boyfriend has a history of charges involving domestic violence, and was imprisoned last year on two felony counts of possession of CSAM. He got out in March and violated his probation soon after by driving without a license. The courts found him in violation and reprobated him. I was relieved, and now I’m worried he might have caught another violation. Before we were together, right before he got out of jail, he gave an “overly friendly” correctional officer his information then met up with her on the outside. He was talking about it on a video visit with his incarcerated friend, and since calls are monitored, they took his friend in to be interviewed. Then, as of a few days ago, they interviewed my partner. They told him she already told them everything and not to lie to them, that he won’t get in trouble. He confessed to everything, and we found out yesterday that she lost her job. I don’t know the exact details of his probation, but I cannot imagine his probation officer will look at this situation and be happy. He also knows that his sister has warrants and lied to the police last week that were looking for her, saying she doesn’t live with him, and he doesn’t know who she is. I don’t know. I’m very in my head right now. How likely is it that they’ll count either of these two situations as violations?
