Chances of full custody from abusive partner

Location: Texas I am looking into leaving my abusive partner in the near future. We share a child. Before I do so, I have things I need to get together first to be able to become financially independent and stable. I want to know what chances I have, if any, to gain full custody of my child if I have evidence of screenshots of partner’s emotional abuse, admitting to threaten to harm me over texts, photos of alcohol/beer around the home, screenshots of soliciting prostitutes (including asking for prices, etc) and I’m trying to find photos of my face being bruised up 1.5 years ago (it’s buried deep in my 10k photos somewhere).
