Mr. Milam was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and all of the United States District Courts of Alabama beginning in 1999. He was also admitted to the Florida State Bar in 2004. He is a member of the Baldwin County, Alabama Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Florida State Bar, and American Bar Association.. Mr. Milam practices with his wife Shelley Milam. They reside in Fairhope, Alabama.
