Scott T. McArdle is a 1996 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and was honored to be selected to serve Justice H. Mark Kennedy of the Supreme Court of Alabama. Mr. McArdle takes great pride in a number of verdicts and settlements for injured children or children whose parents were killed by others negligence that, to date, are estimated to exceed $20,000,000. Through his memberships in the American Association for Justice, Alabama and Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. McArdle is regularly called on by fellow lawyers to advise them on trial techniques and strategies.. Mr. McArdle is married to the former Kelly Lynn O’Gwynn of Enterprise, Alabama.
