I have been practicing law in Arizona since 1988.  I was born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, attended the Pennsylvania State University; and obtained my undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks.  I earned my law degree, cum laude, from the Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane Washington.I worked in law firms and as a sole practitioner.  I have represented private and public corporations, individual creditors and debtors, government agencies, local, regional and national financial institutions.  I have experience representing a wide base of client interests.  My practice is now focused on creditor’s rights and commercial litigation.  Early in my career, I gained significant knowledge representing federal agencies in all aspects of closed-bank litigation. I have considerable experience with the enforcement of debt instruments; foreclosure and receivership of real property. I have represented creditors, debtors and trustees in proceedings under Chapter 11 and Chapter 7, and receivers appointed in Federal Court to collect judgments arising out of securities litigation.  I have represented contractors and suppliers in all aspects of construction litigation.  I have successfully asserted bond claims against sureties and pursued lien foreclosure litigation on behalf of suppliers and contractors.
