Since 2008, I have been an adjunct professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, teaching a course in Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants. I also wrote the textbook for the course.. I am a frequent speaker and author on employment and intellectual property issues. I have an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. I serve on the Board of the East Valley Partnership, a coalition of community, business, government, and educational leaders that advocates to improve quality of life in the region.
