I was born in Detroit, and raised in southeastern Michigan and northwestern Ohio, before moving to the desert southwest after graduation from college. I traded winter gray skies, cold and snow for sunshine warmth and annual withering summer heat. I have lived in Arizona since 1976, and graduated law school in 1983.. I am single, with three handsome & intelligent adult sons, and an eight-year old grandson, who keeps me busy trying to keep up with him. I am a "strategic interpretive replicator." Basically, I see or experience success in one context and I do my best to replicate it in another. The law presents a fascinating opportunity to apply that ability by taking a mixture of facts, personalities, case law, statutes, experience, and extracting the useful parts of each to apply to my next case.I enjoy helping people who have been fired or discriminated against for the wrong reasons - especially when it's companies or individuals who should know better. As a former small business owner, I also enjoys helping small and mid-size businesses avoid employment-related disputes by either taking steps NOW to prevent that risk or defending a lawsuit when it happens. I absolutely love being part of the appellate process to either defend a great result or change a bad one.I am married with two daughters (8 & 5). My interests include reading, writing, piano (30+ years), shooting (not hunting), aviation, foreign travel, and saving for the weddings.

I am a passionate and driven advocate for all of my clients. I have over six years of experience practicing law. Much of that time was spent developing my knowledge of labor and employment law matters. I have handled cases ranging from unpaid overtime to discrimination in the workplace to professional licensing discipline to breach of contract. My experience includes consulting with clients and small businesses, drafting and executing contracts, litigating complex civil matters, deposing witnesses and experts, appearing on behalf of clients at administrative hearings, and avocating at civil jury trial.. My clients know that I am attentive, energetic, willing to take measured risks, and willing to be aggressive. I will work efficiently and strategically to be your voice in the court system. My goal is to fight for my clients, give them their opportunity to be heard at trial by their peers, and strive to hold bad actors accountable.. While my experience has tended to focus on individuals and their claims, I have also spent dozens of hours working with small businesses to protect them from liability for discrimination and retaliation claims and claims brought under the National Labor Relations Act. If you are a small business owner requiring affordable and effective legal advice for handling employee complaints, feel free to contact me. I will work hard to ensure both from an employer and employee standpoint that communication is encouraged, that employers are respected, and that employees are content with their situations.

Will Harrison was born and raised in Florida. He attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he majored in philosophy with a minor in psychology. This choice of curriculum was based on Will’s affinity for logic and his desire to achieve a deep understanding of human nature. The knowledge that he acquired during his time at USF informs his approach to family law practice to this day.. After graduating with honors from USF, Will moved to Temecula, California to get married and start a life together with his wife. He spent a few years working in commission sales, which honed his capacity for persuasion and motivated him to learn how to interact with and relate to people from all walks of life. However, Will knew that his dream since childhood was to become an attorney. Thus, after acclimating to his new life thousands of miles away from where he grew up, he knew it was time to realize that dream. To that end, Will accepted an offer of admission with a generous scholarship to the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During his last semester, he worked as an extern for a Phoenix insurance defense firm. While at ASU, Will dedicated himself to learning as much as he could from the school’s extraordinarily knowledgeable professors. This included taking a course in family law taught by Judge Bruce Cohen, Presiding Judge of the Family Department of the Maricopa County Superior Court and one of Will’s favorite professors.. After earning his Juris Doctor degree, Will worked for a firm in Mesa. He initially worked as a criminal law clerk, but eventually transferred to the family law department. After working on family law cases and communicating with family law clients, Will knew that he found a practice area to which he could dedicate his legal career. His exposure to criminal law gave him valuable experience to prepare him for cases wherein the two practice areas intersect. However, through the time he spent working with family law clients, he found his most powerful source of motivation: his passion for guiding clients through the most tumultuous time of their lives.. That passion led Will to join Cantor Law Group, where providing clients with that guidance is central to the firm’s mission. Will thrives on complexity, whether that complexity derives from issues of property division, custody, or both. He dedicates himself to outsmarting and outworking the other side. At the same time, Will understands the emotional nuances of a family law matter and always keeps that in mind when interacting with and fighting for his clients.. In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his wife, their dog Penny, and their cat Mooze.
