Landon was born and raised in Batesville, Arkansas and is proud to call Batesville his hometown. Landon’s practice includes the representation and advisement of various areas of the law and matters affecting corporations, limited liabilities companies, and other business entities including formation, development, access to capital, strategic transactions, contracts, real estate, banking, bankruptcy, governance, and regulatory matters. His practice also includes the representation of individuals in matters involving real estate, contract law, asset protection, estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, elder law, and certain business and contractual related disputes.. Landon is very proud of his academic achievements during law school where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, with honors, and in the top 14% of his class. During law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock – William H. Bowen School of Law where his article analyzing specific patent law was published in 2015.. Prior to attending law school, he gained over 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with such major corporations as Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, and Southwestern Energy focusing on wireline field engineering, production fluid chemistry, and environmental analysis. Landon earned a degree in Biology from Hendrix College in 2006.. Landon is excited to be back in Batesville with his wife Megan and their son Parker where his goal is to help local businesses and individuals navigate complex areas of the law in order to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.
