Sydney also built the Sports and Entertainment Law Society at Arkansas Law from the ground up and gave it a real presence within the law school, and served as the Arkansas Representative for the National Sports and Entertainment Law Society.. Prior to law school, Sydney graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy, as well as a minor in Anthropology. While at Richmond, Sydney was a Diver on the Varsity Swim and Dive team, and was actively involved in mentoring programs, research, and various programs for student athletes, including those promoting mental health resources for athletes..
