Tracy has tried over 100 bench trials and has mediated/arbitrated hundreds more cases.. Tracy’s legal career began in Humboldt County as a sole practitioner for 14 years. In sole practice, Tracy focused primarily on facilitating adoptions, guardianships, child custody conflicts, juvenile dependency matters, estate planning, and Tracy’s sole practice tailored its pro bono services to provide legal assistance to homeless individuals and local environmental activists.. Tracy attended undergraduate school at Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.
