I am  a Certified Family Law Specialist, a distinction assigned by the State Bar of California, and am a named partner of the firm Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP.  My practice includes litigation of custody and complex financial matters.  My practice also includes mediation, both as a consulting attorney and as the mediator.  I am also trained in and practice collaborative law.. I am proud to announce that in October 2013, I became a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML).  I am also rated by Martindale-Hubbell with an AV Preeminent rating for my work on behalf of clients in the field of Family Law.. I regularly serve as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and as an Arbitrator in fee disputes in San Mateo County..
