During Mr. Truong's first year of law school, he clerked as an extern in the chambers of the Hon. A. Andrew Hauk, a Federal District Judge in the Central District of California. Mr. Truong was responsible for researching and writing the dispositive motions for the Monday Mr. Truong's second and third year at law school, he worked for the Office of the United States Attorney's Office both in the Eastern and Northern District of California. At the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District, he worked on the appeal of a complex insurance fraud pyramid scheme. At the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Northern District, he worked on the federal prosecution of a criminal copyright/trade secrets case involving a Fortune 500 Silicon Valley company. After law school, Mr. Truong was a Certified Law Clerk in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, where he conducted preliminary hearings before the Court..
