MBIA, which further defined the rights of employees as parties to pre- employment mandatory arbitration agreements. Mr. Lovretovich is a frequently lecturer at legal conferences, and he mentors numerous beginning attorneys throughout California.. Joseph “Joe” Lovretovich was born in Los Angeles. His father was a LAPD officer for 35 years. Joe is a graduate of the University of Southern California and Southwestern University School of Law.
