Location: Colorado I have a custody agreement with my sons dad that states he gets every other weekend Friday 6pm-Sunday 8pm and every Tuesday night from 6pm-8am and that we must meet at a police station for the exchange. He does not want to meet there and has been coming to my house. On Wednesdays he was bringing our child to school or summer care but does so when he feels like it and I never know when our child has arrived at school. Or if he is there at all. Last year it snowed and they did not close or delay the start of the school and my ex refused to bring him to school and told me I needed to leave work and go get him if I wanted him there because he would not be bringing him. My ex and I have been getting along but very recently things went sour again. He told me last night that he will not be returning our son until I take him to court to get him back. He is supposed to return him tonight at 8pm. He was angry that I offered a date for his makeup time saying “possibly Wednesday” and without him agreeing to it, 2 hours later I realized I had plans with our son and would need to pick a different day he doubled down and attacked me personally and then threatened to keep our son indefinitely.
