Clarissa Matthews is a lifelong resident of Connecticut and was born and raised in Hartford County. Prior to opening her firm, Clarissa Matthews worked as a law clerk in the Superior Court for three years assisting Judges with civil, family, housing and child support matters. Prior to graduating, Clarissa also worked for various state agencies and a private business law firm handling premises liability, housing, criminal law, health and education issues. Clarissa also sits on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyer's Section and works to serve the community through various other organizations statewide.
