Deepak Gupta is the founding principal of Gupta Wessler PLLC, a national appellate litigation boutique based in Washington, DC. Since then, I have worked primarily on Clean Air Act issues and administrative-law challenges to actions by federal agencies, including EPA, HHS, FDA, and DOE. Environmentally, I have significant experience in the Clean Air Act, especially the preemption of state and local vehicular standards, as well as TSCA and FIFRA.
