Born in Miami, Mr. Rosenthal has spent a majority of his life in various parts of Florida. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1986 with a B.A., Mr. Rosenthal went on to graduate with honors from the University of Florida College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. From there, he went on to serve as an intern for the United States Magistrate Judge, William C.
